Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for products that belong to the following categories:

  • Electronic Cigarette Refill Liquids
  • Disposable electronic cigarettes with built-in refill liquid

RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
As is true for all online purchases, you have the right to change your mind about your purchase even after receiving your order.
In order to return products that you have received but decided not to complete your purchase, the following must apply:

  • No more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
  • The product packaging must not have been opened and must be in good condition.
  • The products must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

If the above applies, then you must:

  • Let us know that you want to return the products by email at info@cannashop.gr
  • Once we receive the product, we will contact you to provide us with a bank account number into which we will deposit your money.
  • From the purchase amount we will deduct the initial shipping cost even if you had free shipping which is (€7) 

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you received them.

To be accepted, returns must:

  • Let us know that you want to return defective products by email at info@cannashop.gr
  • Pack the product well in a box or envelope and send it to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • If the defective product is replaced, we will send you a new one at our own shipping costs.
  • After we receive the product(s) and inspect it, we will inform you if it will be replaced or we will refund your purchase amount. If you are refunded the purchase amount, we will deduct the cost of the original shipment even if you had free shipping which is (7 €) 

REFUSAL OF RECEIPT

In case of refusal of receipt due to the consumer's fault, the shipping and return costs are borne by the consumer himself and will be charged when refunding. In case of refusal of receipt of a parcel with cash on delivery, the consumer is permanently excluded from any future sale with cash on delivery as a payment method and must prepay via bank transfer.
